Being an acolyte is a service of honor to God and to the worshiping community. Acolytes vest in white albs, quietly carrying torches, crosses, thuribles, and cruets. A vital part of worship, they blend into the background, helping our liturgies flow smoothly.

 Baptized students in 6th through 12th grades can be acolytes. Junior acolytes can start serving with an older acolyte at age 10. Training and minimum service requirements are followed.
